What it is
The AI Scan is a focused review of your processes and data, on site with you. By the end you know concretely where an AI project would pay off fastest for you — or, if that is the honest conclusion, that AI isn’t the right next step for you right now.
No consultancy turning up with a standard questionnaire. I look at your own systems and your own data myself, and talk to the people who work with them every day.
How it runs
Day 1
I shadow the people who do the work day to day, look at what data exists, where it comes from, and where time gets lost.
Day 2
I work out which approach would pay off fastest, estimate roughly what that asks in time and access, and discuss the findings with you before I leave.
What you have in hand
- A concrete, written recommendation: which tool is worth building first.
- An honest estimate of what that asks in time, access and any extra tools.
- If AI isn’t the right step right now, I’ll say so too — without dragging out an engagement anyway.
