Ongoing Build is for anyone who wants to keep building after a kickstart, without setting up a new engagement each time: individual days at the same fixed day rate, scheduled whenever suits you.
How it runs
Beforehand
We agree what needs to happen that day — an extension, a change, a next piece of what’s already there.
On the day
I build or extend what’s already running, and before I leave I walk you through the changes together.
What you have in hand
- Extra functionality on top of what’s already there, explained to whoever works with it.
- No new contract or new engagement — just a day, at the same rate as the last one.

teams who have been through a kickstart and want to keep building in small steps.
Who this isn't for
Haven’t done a kickstart yet? Then there’s nothing yet to build on — start with the AI Scan or Kickstart. For one large expansion in one go, a new Kickstart is usually a better fit than individual days.
